The hotel was an incredible base for sightseeing in Sarajevo. We had much fun and met very helpful and particularly helpful staff at the reception desk. The room we booked was nicely furnished on the higher floors. It was in an excellent and incredible location right next to an Ottoman-style wooden fountain. Truly enjoyed this trendy boutique hotel, recommend.

Great location close to many museums with stunning views of the old town.

We greatly enjoyed our well-furnished and brand-new room with views of the old town. The location was great, being adjacent to the mosque and next to many excellent restaurants, pedestrian areas, and comfy bars. The stay at Old Town Hotel was wonderful, with our well-furnished room and great location next to the old town, mosque, and various dining and entertainment options.

The accommodation had a super central location in the center of old town of Serejevo. The rooms were air-conditioned and great-sized with comfy beds, the breakfast was sensational!

Reasonably sized room and an electronic key card, a work desk, and TV inside. Extremely friendly staff with good manners. Free parking close to the hotel provided. Modern interior, good restaurant. Located 5 minutes' walk of the bus station;))

I had an exceptional stay at a hotel located right next to the Old Town and Bazaar. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even reserving a parking spot for me. The breakfast was excellent and the hotel was clean and well maintained. The location was perfect for exploring the Old Sarajevo. I highly recommend this hotel.

The only minor issue was the lack of space in the bathroom to store toiletries, but that didn't detract from my overall great experience.

I had a very good stay. Greatly enjoyed the a twin room overlooking the city. The staff was extremely friendly and excellent and they offered an excellent meal in the morning. The service was attentive with parking close to the hotel. I used to use free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

Excellent and good location near to yummy bakeries, the center of Sarajevo old town, and the very centre, right next to Vijecnica. Good sized and functional room with exceptionally clean bathroom...

The location was marvellous, not too far from Ashkenazi Synagogue. It took us 20 minutes to drive to this well-maintained accommodation from the airport.

Functional rooms on the higher floors, magnificent and amazing location. Bountiful and excellent breakfast with omelet and fresh breads, for instance for every taste.

I really liked the hotel. The property had recently been renovated and was clean. The staff at the reception desk were extremely helpful. The hotel's location was excellent, close to the tram, shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and delicious bakeries. The atmosphere was quiet. The breakfast was plentiful and very good, with options like meat and omelettes.

Impeccable service: The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist us with any request or question we had.

Lack of an elevator: Although the hotel only has a few floors, it can be inconvenient for guests who have difficulty with stairs. However, the staff was always ready to assist with luggage, making the inconvenience more manageable.

We had a very enjoyable stay, as always. The location is near the Latin Bridge, most attractions, and the old center. The hotel is excellent for visiting an Ottoman-style wooden fountain. The service was good with excellent cooking.
